Can I get the Upgraded version of the plan I previously purchased?

Where are the videos?
All plans come with clickable calendars so you can simply click the workout you need and go straight to the follow-along video!
If your clickable calendar links are not working, this means your PDF reader is outdated.
Update your Adobe Acrobat PDF reader if your links won't click, then open it again inside your updated Adobe.
I have a question about the plan I purchased - where do I ask?
Inside each private Facebook group you will find a FAQs document with frequently asked questions. You can ask anything inside our private FB group page for the plan you purchased, or reach out via the social handles below (instagram, facebook, youtube).
Where did my download get saved to when I saved it on my device?
iPhone saves to iBooks (download iBooks app for free from the apple store if you don't have it).
Android saves to Files (looks like a folder icon)
Laptop / Tablet - you choose where you save downloads to.
Kindle is not compatible.
I lost my purchase!
To have a fresh download link re-sent to your email you originally purchased with. You get 5 x clicks on the download button, so be sure to save your plan, not just look at it.
Keep in mind gmail "stacks" download emails...so if you purchased more than one plan, look closely, separete download emails will be sent to your inbox all at once.
I finished a plan, now what should I do?
