You will be equippmed with clarity and courage -- without intimidation of what the current culture has to say about the value of men, women, family and children.
You'll have God's truth washed over you in a way that's relatable, sometimes funny, easy to recall, and applicable in your own life long after the retreat is over.
You'll be refreshed in God's creation and have more FUN than you've had in years as a mom! Expect to be moving, sweating, laughing, and making memories with your family in God's creation.

Columbus Day Weekend
October 10-12 (Saturday-Monday) 2026:
Will be the first GlowBodyPT FAMILY Retreat!
Dads and kids will learn hands-on survival skills, have a chance to do indoor rock climbing, do a live workout led by Luke and Ashley, hike in rugged Colorado (different hikes for various abilities/ages).
Men will be equipped by Luke on boldly leading your family to build a legacy of faith for future generations.
Moms will do a challenging, rewarding hike (nursing moms can wear babies as needed!), and a private Q/A just for women (teen girls at your discretion).
